Saint Augustine’s cemetery starting at 8am meet at the circle by the main entrance. Wear boots with class Bs and water bottles.
Dale Cemetery at 10:15 am; meet at the lower section off of Marble Place.
Mother's Day Plant Sale
Assist in Mother’s Day Plant Sale. More parent and scout volunteers needed:
To set up the tent on Friday evening May 10.
To pick up the plants from Stuart's Farm at 2pm on Sat. 5/11.
To help sell plants: after the 5pm mass on Sat. 5/11; and
after the 8am, 10am and 12pm masses on Sun. 5/12.
To return any unsold plants to Stuarts at 1pm on Sun. 5/12.
Star Wars Camporee
Last call for the May 3-5 Star Wars themed GHV Council Camporee signup is still open. There will be a $30 per scout registration fee for this event (including patch) and an additional grub master fee.
Order of the Arrow elections
Lets elect more troop 49 scouts into the exclusive, Order of the Arrow. Members of Scouting’s national honor society are encouraged to engage in conservation projects as OoA trail crews improving council camps and high adventure bases.
